1. General provisions
These terms set out the rules for using the LetsGit.IT app available at https://LetsGit.IT.

The app lets you create and maintain a user account and use the app features.
The service is free. We do not offer payments or subscriptions.
3. Technical requirements
Internet access and a modern browser are required.

4. Rules of use
- Use the app in compliance with the law and these terms.
- Do not provide unlawful content.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
5. Account
Accounts are created by signing up or logging in. Authentication is handled by an external provider (Clerk).
You can delete your account in settings or by contacting us.
We may block an account in case of violations of these terms or the law.
6. Agreement and duration
The agreement is concluded when the account is created and is for an indefinite period.
You can terminate the agreement at any time by deleting your account.
We may terminate the agreement for important reasons (e.g., violation of these terms).
7. Complaints

8. Liability
We are not liable for interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.
Consumer rights are not excluded where mandatory law applies.
